    This video features J, an 18-year-old from Atlanta, Georgia, who was discovered on BIGO and later recruited by JefeBlanco and Clarisa Guzman to appear in a DspankaB Desperation. Standing at approximately six feet tall with an athletic build, J appears physically fit, although the large amount of water he drinks throughout the challenge makes him look noticeably bloated as the session progresses. Dressed in light blue Hanes boxer briefs and shorts, he begins drinking immediately and settles into the challenge.
    Partway through, the session is unexpectedly interrupted when his younger brother walks out of a nearby bedroom. To avoid any further interruptions, J moves into the bathroom, locks the door, grabs his phone charger, and continues. As more time passes, his discomfort becomes increasingly apparent. He struggles to remain still, constantly shifting his weight and fidgeting as the urge to piss intensifies. At one point, he explains that his ADHD makes it difficult for him to stay still, although he repeatedly mouths that he really needs to fucking piss. His expressions and body language clearly convey his growing frustration.
Eventually, he is instructed to release only a small amount of piss before continuing. The brief relief offers zero comfort, and he resumes trying to maintain control despite the mounting pressure. Every movement reflects the effort required to hold on as the challenge continues.
    By the end of the video, J reaches his limit and signals that he can no longer continue. Once given permission, he begins to piss himself but instinctively stops after only a short release, seeing so much hit the bathroom floor. Realizing his bathroom floor had a huge puddle, he repeatedly tries to regain control while cleaning it up. After some encouragement to finish the rest, he finally empties more into his boxers but has second thoughts after looking at the floor again. He started to get angry, and before he flipped out, we decided he could step into the shower, where he finished pissing and completely soaked his blue Hanes boxer briefs.
